Gelatin is a quick easy option if you don't have time to make bone broth. It is translucent and flavourless, so can be added to any liquid – soups, stews, stir fry's and sauces. Even in your cup of tea!
Gelatin contains 18 amino acids which aid our digestion and are needed for production of muscle energy, cartilage formation, joint mobility and healthy cells. 9 of these amino acids are essential, ie your body cannot manufacture them!
Gelatin is also a pure source of protein that contains no sugar.
